Filip Hrgovic vs. Daniel Dubois – Carl Froch makes prediction for huge heavyweight clash
Big stakes could be up for grabs when Filip Hrgovic faces Daniel Dubois this summer with the winner in line to grab another huge fight.
The pair clash on June 1 on the blockbuster show that will see the stables of Frank Warren and Eddie Hearn go head-to-head live on DAZN.
Hrgovic enters the bout unbeaten and as the IBF mandatory challenger so victory for him will see him likely close in on a world title shot.
For Dubois, a former champion at heavyweight, defeating the Croatian contender could be his way to set up further belt opportunities later in the year.
“The other one I’m looking forward to is Hrgovic versus Dubois,” said Froch when speaking on his Froch on Fighting podcast.
“Who wins that one? I’d like to think Daniel Dubois. It’s exciting because the winner of that could fight Anthony Joshua.”
