L’administrateur provisoire de l’Institut d’études politiques (IEP), ou Sciences Po, Jean Basseres, aux côtés de la doyenne de l’École des affaires internationales de Paris à Sciences Po, Arancha Gonzalez (à gauche), tient une conférence de presse à l’université de Paris le 2 mai.

Les principaux locaux de Sciences Po Paris seront fermés vendredi 3 mai, a annoncé la direction de l’institution après un « Town Hall » organisé jeudi 2 mai et qui s’est conclu par un désaccord entre les partis.

La direction de Sciences Po a annoncé jeudi 2 mai au soir la fermeture vendredi de ses principaux locaux à Paris, en raison d’une nouvelle occupation par des étudiants mobilisés pour la cause palestinienne, dans un message envoyé aux salariés.

« Suite au vote de l’occupation des étudiants, les bâtiments du 25, 27, 30, rue Saint-Guillaume et du 56, rue des Saints-Pères, resteront fermés demain, vendredi 3 mai. Nous invitons à rester en télétravail », indique ce message, envoyé par la direction des Ressources humaines de Sciences Po.

À Paris et dans les autres antennes de Sciences Po, les actions pour un cessez-le-feu à Gaza se multiplient.

Secouée depuis plusieurs semaines par un mouvement étudiant de soutien à la Palestine, la direction de Sciences Po Paris organisait jeudi un « Town hall » en présence d’étudiants, d’enseignants et de salariés pour apaiser les tensions.

Le « Town Hall » s’est achevé sur un constat de désaccord au sujet des partenariats entretenus par l’établissement parisien avec des institutions israéliennes. Six étudiants du comité Palestine ont par ailleurs commencé une grève de la faim.
