The Northeastern Monsoon or Amihan will bring rains in parts of Northern Luzon, according to PAGASA.
In its daily weather forecast on Saturday, PAGASA said the Northeast Monsoon will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley.
Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may occur over Metro Manila and the rest of the country because of localized thunderstorms.
Possible flash floods or thunderstorms may occur as a result of these weather conditions.
The eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao may experience strong winds with rough waters while the rest of the country will be facing moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters.
Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 6:25 a.m. on Saturday. —Jiselle Anne Casucian/ VAL, GMA Integrated News
