‘Fallout’: ¿Qué son los necrófagos en la serie de ciencia ficción de Amazon Prime Video?

Desde su estreno Fallout no ha parado de recibir críticas positivas, partiendo del hecho que es la adaptación de una exitosa saga de videojuegos, por lo que tiene un gran fandom, quien no ha sido defraudado por parte de Jonathan Nolan, quien adaptó la historia en una ambiciosa serie protagonizada por Ella Purnell.

La historia que sigue el debacle de la raza humana después de una serie de ataques atómicos que devastaron la vida en el planeta, dejando pocos sobrevivientes y por ende, una aterradora variedad de mutantes.

Y hablando de los personajes que se han convertido en un ícono de los videojuegos y ahora de la serie, debemos hablar de los necrófagos, quienes tienen apariencia de seres humanos, pero la radiación alteró su genética y ahora son mutantes por el fenómeno de la necrofaguización.

Esta especie también son conocidos como ghouls y por su violenta naturaleza, también como demonios. En la serie de Amazon Prime Video el necrófago principal ha sido interpretado por Walton Goggins, quien dejó claro por qué son una especie temida en el universo de Fallout, pues debes saber que lo necrófagos se dividen en dos grupos principales: inteligentes y feroces.

Los primeros logran establecer una vida con sus propios propósitos -en la medida de lo posible, sin embargo hablemos de los feroces ya que están dominados por el instinto de supervivencia, por lo que asesinar cruelmente a quien se interponga en su camino, no es un tema.

Y si tenías la duda: la necrofaguización también ocasionó mutaciones similares en animales como gorilas y osos negros americanos. Si los ghouls son terriblemente violentos y temidos, imagina llevar esto a criaturas 10 veces más fuertes. Una locura.
