A pair of fed-up homeowners brought their dull and tired bathroom back to life using just two products - and it cost them no more than £10.
Brittany, from the U.S., and her British husband, who both live in Birmingham, are known as @thebrickhousechronicles on TikTok, and regularly share creative home renovation content with their 16,800 followers.
Upon noticing the 'smoker's lung yellow' shade her white bath panel had become, as well as exposed gaps in between the panel and tub, Brittany decided to brighten up the bathroom using two inexpensive items.
The content creator showcased the results of the bathroom's makeover in a video uploaded to her TikTok last year in June, captioned: '£10 bathroom upgrade.'
In the 45-second clip, Brittany first displays how her bathroom looked before the changes were made, which included a dated, bone-coloured bath panel, and noticeable gaps where the top of the inner tub sits above the panel.

Having previously uploaded videos of steps she took to spruce up the space - including installing a single chest of drawers and new sink taps - the homeowner incorporated advice from her followers on how to further transform the bathroom.
She said: 'In my first video, I tackled the bathroom, and so many people gave me some great suggestions on what to do next, including that I should spray paint the panel.'
Before turning viewers' attention to the bath panel, Brittany shows how she removed the 'gross' old caulk from the edge of the tub - by peeling it off and filling in the remaining gaps using a can of white Polyfilla.

Brittany said: 'The bath panel is currently the smoker lung's yellow, so I'm gonna spray paint it white.
'So I taped all around it and added some plastic lining to protect the area around the panel. I also saw online that you can fill in the little cracks with caulk, so I did that.'
After opening a window and directing a fan into the room for ventilation purposes, Brittany brandishes a can of Rust-Oleum Direct To Plastic Adhesive spray - which costs £7.73 from Andrews Coatings.
Applying the spray layer-by-layer, she said: 'It was my first time doing it, and I found it very challenging to get an even coat. But, with enough layers, I think it turned out pretty alright.'
