The large waterfront settlement includes a large sign floating off the water that says “Murk Water.” The player even included a YouTube video showcasing the town with shops, NPCs, and various facilities. Listed within the video description is some lore the Fallout fan wrote for their settlement. The fan-crafted lore mentions the Commonwealth, several in-game locations, as well as Preston Garvey, one of Fallout 4’s main characters, who is infamous for his ongoing settlement requests.
