En Infonavit puedes convertir tu crédito a pesos

Si se tiene un crédito Infonavit en veces salario mínimo (VSM) tu deuda y tu mensualidad aumentan cada año debido al ajuste salarial y al incremento en la inflación; informo el delegado regional en Durango, Luis Fernando Hernández Ozuna.

En ese sentido agrego que es posible que el usuario tenga un financiamiento con una tasa de interés de hasta 12%, la cual, se puede reducir y convertirse de crédito a pesos, lo cual llega a beneficiar la cuenta del derechohabiente.

Agregó además el funcionario federal, que al realizar la conversión se puede acceder a una tasa de interés de 1% a 10.45%, esto dependiendo del nivel de ingresos que se tenga.

Tramites sin costo y sencillos

Así mismo detalló que, cambiar el crédito a pesos es un trámite muy sencillo y que los mismos usuarios pueden hacer de forma gratuita por medio de la ventanilla universal de responsabilidad compartida de la plataforma  https://micuentainfonavit.org/infonavit-en-durango-citas-2024/.

Detallo el delegado los pasos a seguir

1- Entra a Mi Cuenta Infonavit

2- Ve a la pestaña Mi crédito y luego Responsabilidad Compartida.

3- Introduce el Estado y código postal de la vivienda que compraste con tu Crédito Infonavit.

4- Revisa y compara las distintas opciones de conversión que ofrece el programa.

5- Confirma el trámite y guarda la Carta de Bienvenida y la Carta Modificatoria de Condiciones Financieras, con el monto de la nueva mensualidad.

Además indicó que este tramite se podrá realizar entre el noveno y el ultimo día de cada mes, debido a que es el periodo en el que se habilita la ventanilla universal de responsabilidad compartida.

Finalmente hizo el delegado una invitación a los derechohabientes a disfrutar de los programas y beneficios que tiene el Infonavit.
