Mamelodi Sundowns, who have already been crowned league champions for a seventh consecutive season, are back in action.
Meanwhile, the battle for the remaining CAF spots, as well as MTN8 berths next season will very much be in focus, as will the fight to avoid relegation.
Masandawana will take on Golden Arrows as they look to keep their unbeaten streak in this year’s DStv Premiership alive. For their part, Golden Arrows will be out to cause an upset and move into MTN8 contention.
Similarly, Orlando Pirates will be pushing for the second CAF Champions League spot next season when they host Chippa United. The Chilli Boys, meanwhile, also have MTN8 aspirations for next season.
Richards Bay may need to pick up some points in their remaining matches to avoid automatic relegation after Cape Town Spurs won for the second time in three matches on Tuesday evening.
The Natal Rich Boys will be on the road against Polokwane City on Wednesday evening.
Finally, Stellenbosch FC welcome AmaZulu to the Winelands. Stellies are flying high and a win over their KwaZulu-Natal opponents will guarantee them a top three finish and Africa participation next season.
All four matches kick off at 19:30.
