Dozens arrested at NYU pro-Palestinian protest

This is the New York City Police Department. You have been warned by New York University to leave the area. The police just for robbing random people, people that were not trying to be arrested, people that are just trying to, you know, we’re students, this is our university. Why are we not allowed to be here? Why are we not allowed to express ourselves? This is about life, and this is about preserving the life and defending Palestinian lives that are under attack right now. It’s it’s a really, really. Outrageous crackdown by the university to allow the police to arrest students on our own campus. Anti-Semitism is never OK and that’s absolutely not what we stand for and that’s why there are so many Jewish comrades that are here with us today. I know for a fact that we have fellow Jewish students here at NYU that are out here today that are organizing, that are putting themselves on the line.
