Former NRL star Corey Norman proposed to his girlfriendHas been dating Nicole Shiraz since January of 2022Ex-Dragons playmaker popped the question in Bali
Former NRL bad boy Corey Norman has showcased his romantic side in a lavish proposal to his girlfriend Nicole Shiraz.
The genetically blessed couple have been together since January of 2022, with Shiraz rumoured to have previously dated Parramatta Eels backrower Bryce Cartwright and rugby star Quade Cooper.
Norman, 32, popped the question to the influencer over dinner when he hired a floating wharf in Bali, producing what is believed to be an impressive three-carat ring.
Both later confirmed their engagement on Instagram, with Shiraz labelling her soon to be husband ‘her best friend and soulmate.’
Norman made his NRL debut with the Broncos in 2010, followed by stints with the Eels and Dragons before playing abroad in France and England.

He developed a reputation as a talented but erratic player during his 234-game stint in the NRL.
Off the field, Norman was a magnet for controversy.
He was banned for half of the 2016 NRL season and fined $20,000 after being convicted on a drug possession charge, becoming embroiled in a sex tape scandal and being warned by police for consorting with known criminals.
In July of 2021, Norman was fined $50,000 by the NRL and suspended for one game after breaching the game’s biosecurity protocols when he attended a party along with 12 other Dragons players at Paul Vaughan’s property.
It was also alleged at the time Norman fled Vaughan’s house on the NSW south coast – but left his wallet behind which was discovered by police officers at the scene.
Then in 2022, Norman was placed on report for allegedly inserting his fingers into the backside of Warrington’s Oliver Holmes when playing in England.
Norman, who was compared to John Hopoate in some quarters for his questionable on-field conduct – was later charged with a Grade F offence and found guilty.
The playmaker was suspended for eight matches which ended his season for Toulouse Olympique, before then linking up with the London Broncos.
