Oliver Glasner has admitted he doesn’t know whether Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze will still be at Crystal Palace next season.

The Palace boss is very hopeful they will stay, but interest in the pair has grown even more after their stunning performances against Manchester United on Monday night.

Olise bagged a brace as the Eagles humiliated the Red Devils 4-0 at Selhurst Park, meaning the two attackers have now scored 17 goals and made nine assists between them this season.

Their form has seen them linked with a number of top clubs including United, Arsenal and Chelsea, and while both have release clauses and are valued upwards of £60million each, Palace have no intention of selling.

And they are not the only players at the club tipped for a big-money transfer, with England defender Marc Guehi and young midfielder Adam Wharton attracting plenty of admirers.

Glasner, who replaced Roy Hodgson in the dugout in February, has been key to his side’s upturn in form, but admits he can’t guarantee his squad will stay together over the summer.

Speaking to BBC Sport after the United win, the Austrian said: ‘It’s the job of the club to keep all the players. I know they’ll try everything possible.

‘You never know how your squad will look when the next season starts. They’re amazing players, this is an amazing group.’

Palace fans will be comforted by the knowledge that Eze and Olise are reportedly ‘happy’ in South London and not planning to leave any time soon.

Palace’s captain for the night Joachim Andersen said of the two forwards: ‘I’ll be praying the whole summer for them to stay, maybe send them a few messages.’

Jamie Carragher believes the two young players are capable of playing at the highest level and warned Palace that the lure of European football would tempt them to seek a transfer.

‘In Eze and Olise, Crystal Palace have got two players that would walk into Manchester United’s team. Under Oliver Glasner, they have been brilliant,’ the Liverpool legend said on Sky Sports.

‘There’s talk of Olise being United’s top target for the summer and you can see why. I hope they both stay.

‘These are two players who can play Champions League football or certainly European football without a doubt and they’re going to want to do that and it might be hard for them to do that at Crystal Palace.

‘So the players’ intentions will be as important as the club’s and you couldn’t really moan if one of them wanted to move on and if they get a big offer to play in the Champions League.’

For now, both are aiming to finish the season on a high, with the Eagles set to travel to Wolves on Saturday before hosting Aston Villa on the final day of the Premier League.
