City Motors Group tops off mixed development Alfa Bangsar

KUALA LUMPUR (April 25): City Motors Group has topped off its Alfa Bangsar development with a tree-planting ceremony at its grounds, which is located at the intersection of Jalan Maarof and Jalan Tandok in Bangsar.

“Today marks not only a milestone in our development journey but also a pledge to nurture and preserve the environment for future generations. The tree-planting ceremony symbolises our commitment to sustainability and our belief in creating developments that thrive in harmony with nature,” said City Motors Group chairman and founder Datuk Foo Wan Kien in his speech at the ceremony.

With a gross development value of RM450 million, Alfa Bangsar is a single tower mixed-use development with two wings, where one wing is 38 storeys and the other 42 storeys. It comprises three components — serviced apartments, a 25,900 sq ft commercial space and a 220-room hotel managed by InterContinental Hotels Group.

The development has achieved a take-up rate of 99% since its launch in January 2022. Upon completion in the second quarter of this year, Alfa Bangsar will feature a range of retail and dining amenities, along with short-term rental services, with details to be unveiled at a later date.

There are a total of 178 serviced apartments on levels 20 to 42 with built-ups ranging from 570 to 997 sq ft. The selling price starts from RM1.05 million to RM1.85 million while the maintenance fee, which does not include the sinking fund, is at 42 sen psf.
