The Board of Directors of Balaji Amines has recommended a final dividend of 550 per cent for the financial year 2023-24. A dividend is always calculated and paid on the face value of each stock. Accordingly, a 550 per cent dividend translates into Rs 11 per equity share with a face value of Rs 2 each for FY24.
“Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 11/- per equity share i.e. 550% on face value of Rs. 2/- per share and the same will be payable after it is approved by the shareholders at the 36″ Annual General Meeting of the Company,” the company said in a regulatory filing today.
Balaji Amines Q4 Results 2024: Earnings details
Balaji Amines on Wednesday said its consolidate net profit as up by 37.7 per cent to Rs 68 crore in Q4 FY24 against Rs 49.4 crore in Q3 FY24.
Revenue from operations was up by 8 per cent to Rs Rs 413.9 crore in the quarter under review versus Rs 383.4 crore in the previous quarter.
EBITDA was up 23.4 per cent to Rs 113.7 in the reporting quarter crore vs Rs 92.2 crore in Q3 FY24. Margin expanded to 27.5 per cent in Q4 FY24 vs 24.0 in Q3 FY24.

Shares of Balaji Amines closed at Rs 2299.05 today, 9.95 per cent higher than the previous close of Rs 2091.05. The stock hit an intra-day high of Rs 2422.45 and low of Rs 2070.05, respectively.
