Cloudy skies with light rains are expected in different parts of the country on Saturday due to the Northeast Monsoon or Amihan, PAGASA reported.
Quezon, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Oriental will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon but with no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also due to the Northeast Monsoon and with no significant impact.
The wind speed forecast for southern Luzon, the Visayas, and the northern and eastern sections of Mindanao is strong and moving northeastward while coastal waters will be rough.
The wind speed forecast for the rest of the country is moderate to strong and moving northeastward; coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
