You’ll need 20/20 vision to spot the elusive leopard hiding in plain sight on this Indian hill.

Known as Leopard Hills, surrounded by the Pali district in Rajasthan, this majestic place is home to up to 100 leopards who are experts at blending into the scenery around them.

The images, snapped by British wildlife photographer Stuart Benson, show the magnificent cats lounging on the hills, camouflaged perfectly by the texture of the hills and surrounding terrain.

But can you find the wild cat hiding from the lens in this tricky optical illusion?

As the natural, earthy colours blend together in the photo, your eyes may become tricked into thinking there is nothing suspicious lurking in the scenery.

Among the rocks and plants, though, there is a big cat perched somewhere, and we challenge you to find it.

Don’t worry if you’re struggling as you’ll be able to find the solution below.

On the incredible snaps, Benson, 66, from Anglesey, Wales, said: ‘We had been on the lookout for leopards since dawn, and after driving around for a few hours, we were able to locate them.

‘The leopards were camouflaged so brilliantly within the rocks that we were only able to spot them when they started to move, even though they were in our direct line of sight.

‘Once we had located them, we feared they were moving off before we could get a proper snap, but two of them stayed around’.

Another image also shows two of the cutest cubs peeking out of their cave and looking directly at the photographer.

‘There were three females and two cubs initially, and one adult female moved away,’ Benson said.

‘One cub popped its head out from the cave, and after a few more minutes, the second cub peeped out from behind a rock.

‘Even though we had located them, it was difficult for us to spot them through the lens because they would just disappear into their surroundings.

‘We were astonished that our guide was able to spot these beautiful animals given how well camouflaged they were and how difficult they were to see. They were truly experts.’
