Christopher Meloni and his wife of nearly 29 years, Sherman Williams, made a rare appearance at the star-studded Indiana Pacers vs. New York Knicks game in NYC on Saturday.

The Law & Order: Organized Crime star, 62 – who recently attended the Law & Order: SVU 25th anniversary celebration – flashed a smile with his wife as they sat courtside to watch the anticipated match at Madison Square Garden.

The actor kept it casual in a dark blue button up that was partially unfastened towards the collar and also opted for a pair of classic, denim jeans.

Williams cozied up next to Meloni while wearing a colorful, patterned shirt as well as black pants.

She easily draped a dark gray jacket over her shoulders in case she grew chilly later on in the evening.

While talking to People back in 2022, Christopher opened up about fatherhood and revealed to the outlet, ‘I always knew I wanted kids, as did my wife.’

‘My mother always used to say to me, “I’ve learned so much from you kids,” and I didn’t get it. Now I get it.’

The True Blood alum also talked about both his daughter and son’s personalities, stating, ‘One is more of an old soul. I never used that term until they came out of the womb and I looked in their eyes.’

‘I was like, “Holy cow, look at you. You’re here to teach me.” As well as the other one, who’s a young soul. It’s ever-evolving and a complete fulfillment of my life.’

Meloni also discussed the secret to his long-lasting marriage with Sherman and expressed to the publication, ‘We’re doing good. It’s her patience with me, and I really mean that.’

‘She’s allowed me to grow at my speed, because she’s always been more mature and more levelheaded in many ways,’ the father-of-two sweetly gushed.

‘She paints and I go in her studio, and it just makes me happy. We have her work all over the house. She wants to buy art, and I’m like, “I don’t want that. I want yours.”‘

Christopher has starred in a variety of television shows throughout the course of his successful career thus far, including Oz and True Blood.

The actor is most known for portraying the character of Elliot Stabler in Law & Order: SUV and currently Law & Order: Organized Crime.

He took on the leading role of Detective Stabler in Law & Order: SUV until his departure in 2011 after a total of 12 seasons. Meloni now plays the character in the Organized Crime spinoff.

Last month in January, the star as well as his wife attended the Law & Order: SUV 25th Anniversary celebration in NYC with other cast members, including Mariska Hargitay.
