Bahrain Plans Tourism Projects Worth Millions of Dinars
Bahrain is investing in major tourism projects worth millions of dinars, aiming to enhance the tourism sector by 2026.
Key Projects
Bahrain Bay Beach: A BD4.7 million project covering 173,000 square meters, set for completion in Q2 2024, includes a 600-meter public beach.
Galali Seafront: A BD20 million development covering 100,000 square meters, offering water sports venues, clubs, shops, and dining areas.
Sea Taxi and Partnerships
A new sea taxi service will launch this year, managed by a specialized company.
Collaborations with the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority and the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities aim to promote historical sites and handicrafts.
