That was close there and maybe a battle. She wasn’t messing around. She really got to it, I always feel. Richardson runs a relaxed bend and then tries to find her running and she couldn’t quite manage it. At the moment of the photo, finish has been given to the young Australian Tory Lewis. Lewis But there she is, bottom of picture coming through very strongly and that is not easy to do from lane 9. I think it was a wonderful start from a Navy a battle and I wonder if she put the pressure on Clark and Richardson and they realized that she was right there. But Richardson, she she always seems to find that extra gear as we get towards the championships, but she just is very relaxed around the bend. She’s a good bend runner and she converts well into the straight. But Tory Lewis, perhaps with a nice gentle bent in lane 9, just had the nicer lane jaw from that point of view when your absolute limit. But Lewis, just total focus here. The Australian would have known. She’s got wonderful opportunity at 19 years old to have a lane in the Diamond League, even if it is lane 9. She stuck to her task and that relaxation in the last 50 metres and Lewis can hardly believe it. Yet you have won a Diamond League.
