Kris Jenner pokes fun at her Kardashian family reality TV empire in the new Oreo Super Bowl ad: 'Who would watch that?'

While some of her daughters like Kim Kardashian were in Las Vegas for the Super Bowl – which Kansas City won 25-22 in overtime over the San Francisco 49ers, matriarch Kris Jenner was featured on one of the big game ads.

The 68-year-old reality star was featured towards the end of a new Super Bowl ad from Oreo, the company’s first big game spot since 2013.

The ad asked how some events may have shaken out, if people would have made important decisions based on the twist of an Oreo cookie.

The ad is slightly reminiscent of the 1998 movie Rounders, where John Malkovich’s Teddy KGB character makes certain decisions at the poker table based on a twist.

The ad begins in ancient Greece, with the infamous Trojan Horse from Virgil’s iconic story The Odyssey being wheeled to the gates of Troy.

The ad begins in ancient Greece , with the infamous Trojan Horse from Virgil’s iconic story The Odyssey being wheeled to the gates of Troy

The Trojan Horse was presented as a gift to the goddess of war, Athena, but when the massive horse was wheeled inside the gates of Troy, Greek soldiers snuck out of the horse at night and destroyed the city, thus ending the Trojan War.

The ad shows the horse being brought to the gates by a courier, as two wary guards stop him, as they’re told it’s a gift for Athena.

The guards both pull out Oreo cookies and say they’ll ‘twist on it,’ as the other guard says, ‘creme on the right, we’ll let him in.’

They twist and sure enough, the creme is on the right, as they open the gates and say, ‘Welcome to Troy!’

The ad also features a scene with two federal agents standing in the glow of an alien ship, as one asks if they should, ‘report this.’

The other says, ‘I already twisted on it. This never happened,’ as the alien ship speeds away.

The ad cuts to Kris Jenner’s office as she’s on the phone, stating, ‘So every little detail about our family will be on TV? Who would watch that?’

She reaches down for a plate of Oreo’s and grabs a cookie, saying, ‘Let me twist on it,’ as the creme is all on the left side.

Kris smiles and says, ‘Hope you can keep up,’ referring to the title of the family’s original E! series Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

The ad concludes with a group of angels in heaven, as one adds, ‘Wait a minute, we could have been twisting on it this whole time?’
