The Australian’s Media Writer Sophie Elsworth says Foreign Minister Penny Wong has taken such a strong stance that she is now “at odds” with Australia’s allies.

“This is really concerning that she has taken such a strong stance,” Ms Elsworth told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
“Particularly after what we saw with those volunteers … this is really concerning.
“Given the timing of what has just happened.
“This is causing the government a lot of problems because she has come out extremely strong on this.”
