Aircraft leased to Bonza 'taken out' of airline's name as chaos continues
The Australian’s aviation writer Robyn Ironside has discussed the dire “situation” that the discount airline Bonza is in.
This comes amid the collapse of the airline Bonza as it entered voluntary administration.
“You wonder how an airline can operate without any aircraft and that is the situation here,” Ms Ironside told Sky News Australia.
“The four aircraft that were leased to Bonza, they’ve been taken out of Bonza’s name.
“We can only expect that the aircraft currently parked at Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Melbourne airports will be taken out of the country in coming days.”
