The upcoming Telugu film ‘Kannappa’ stars Vishnu Manchu in the lead role. The film is helmed by director Mukesh Kumar and the story is based on the devotee of Lord Shiva, who was a fearless warrior and atheist and then turns an ardent devotees of the god. The film is one of the most anticipated projects of the year.
The new update is that actress Tamannah Bhatia has joined the cast of the film. Earlier, the official announcement was made that Akshay Kumar will be playing the role of Lord Shiva in the film and actress Kajal Aggarwal also plays a pivotal role in the film. The movie will also cast Prabhas in an important yet cameo role.
According to the reports of Republic, actress Tamannah is said to appear for a song sequence in the film. The rest of the film’s cast is also said to include Nayanthara, Mohanlal among others in pivotal roles. The film’s shooting is happening in Hyderabad and soon it will be wrapped up. The film is shot in Telugu and will be dubbed in many languages ahead of its release in theatres. The film’s music is composed by Stephen Devassy and Mani Sharma.
