Fahadh Faasil starrer ‘Aavesham’, which released in April, managed to collect almost equal to what Nivin Pauly’s recent release ‘Malayalee From India’ earned on its opening day. ‘Aavesham’ minted Rs 2.60 crore on Wednesday, May 1. Nivin Pauly’s film minted Rs 2.75 crore on its opening day.
By the end of the day 21, ‘Aavesham’ has earned an estimated Rs 72.50 crore. On Wednesday, May 1, ‘Aavesham; had a substantial 51.53% occupancy rate in Malayalam theaters. The film has earned Rs 51 crore from overseas collection. By this, the film has collected Rs 135.15 crore globally.
‘Aavesham’, which mark the sophomore directorial of Jithu Madhavan, has Fahadh Faasil, Ashish Vidyarthi, Mansoor Ali Khan, and Sajin Gopu in key roles. The film has garnered widespread acclaim for its captivating narrative and stellar performances.
