Mason Jones won one of his four fights with the UFC, losing two and the other ending a no contest
Mason Jones defeated Bryce Logan in emphatic style in the second round of their bout at Cage Warriors 166.
The 28-year-old impressed the crowd in San Diego with another dominant performance as he earned the TKO victory with knee strikes and punches.
The Welshman expected his “toughest test outside the UFC to date” but he dominated the fight to improve to 14-2.
This third straight TKO finish will improve ‘The Dragon’s chances of a potential UFC return in the future.
“For me it’s just about getting better and improving,” said Jones after the win.
“I always want to get better and I think I’ve shown where I should be and the level I should be at so we’ll just see what comes.
“We’ll go back and look what comes calling.”
Jones is set to be back in action in a grappling contest against another former UFC fighter Nathaniel Wood at Polaris 27 on 23 March in Newport, Wales.
