Four Super League players from two clubs charged as pair receive suspensions

London Broncos duo Ethan Natoli and Rhys Kennedy are the only Super League players to receive suspensions following the weekend’s Round 14 action.
The pair are among four players to be charged for incidents which occurred during the most recent round of fixtures, with two players from Castleford Tigers also receiving charges following their 10-8 defeat at home against Wigan Warriors on Friday night.
Tigers hooker Cain Robb was given a £250 fine following a Grade B Head Contact charge, while Castleford half-back Jacob Miller was given the same punishment for the same offence.
London’s suspensions were handed out after two Dangerous Contact charges in their 52-6 defeat to St Helens at Twickenham Stoop on Sunday afternoon.

Italy international Natoli has been handed a one-game ban after a Grade C charge, while Kennedy has also been banned for one match despite only receiving a Grade B charge.
His incident was deemed to be at the higher end of the sanction of the grading, meaning he has been suspended rather than just receiving a fine.
It means the pair will be unavailable for London’s daunting trip to reigning champions Wigan on Friday evening – June 21.

- Ethan Natoli (London Broncos) – Grade C Dangerous Contact – 1 Match Penalty Notice
- Rhys Kennedy (London Broncos) – Grade B Dangerous Contact – 1 Match Penalty Notice (Higher End of Sanction of the Grade)
Notably, Robb was sin-binned in Cas’ defeat to Wigan, and has gone on to receive a ban.
There were two other cards shown in Round 14, a red to Huddersfield’s Andre Savelio and a yellow to Hull FC’s Tom Briscoe, but neither of their offences were deemed to warrant any further punishment by the Match Review Panel.
