WNBA Fans Outraged by Kelsey Plum's Disrespectful Actions Towards Sabrina Ionescu
If you're looking for two of the most distinguished young stars in the WNBA, it would be hard to find a pair of players with higher Q-ratings than Kelsey Plum and Sabrina Ionescu.
Both entered the league with huge expectations over the past few years, and each has made good on those expectations with stellar play on the court. So when the two square off against each other, you know a lot of eyes are going to be tuned into the action.
Those who were watching that action on Saturday night got a nice look at the matchup, and it resulted in Plum making a bit of a disrespectful gesture to Ionescu after scoring a bucket and drawing a foul.

The Liberty ended up getting the last laugh, with a 90-82 win over the Aces when all was said and done. Though Plum had a stellar game with a team-high 22 points, she was catching some heat on social media after the trash talk.
Trash talk is all part of the game, so I'm sure there was nothing malicious about this. But don't be shocked if Ionescu comes back with some talk of her own in the future.
