Sky News political contributor Chris Uhlmann says the Department of Services Australia revealed there are around 200 people in their media section, yet they had “market failure”.

His remarks follow revelations NDIS Minister Bill Shorten has a speech writer who receives $620,000.
“They couldn’t find one of them – and some of them are paid upwards of $140,000 a year – capable of writing speeches for the minister,” Mr Uhlmann told Sky News host Steve Price.
“That is of a part with things that I’ve heard around this town for a long time.”
