Miss Universe's mega build grows! New aerial images reveal Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall's vast Whale Beach development as construction continues on the $30M mega-mansion

Jennifer Hawkins and Jake Wall are well underway with construction on their $30million 'Westfield-style' mega-mansion, new aerial images revealed on Monday.

The couple have caused an uproar among their neighbours in recent years as they develop an extravagant waterfront home on the cliffside of Whale Beach.

Now, the foundation of the massive J Group Projects build, which is four-times the size of the houses on either side of it, has begun to take shape.

Four sprawling levels could be seen in the images, with the ground level boasting gorgeous stone feature walls and a massive spa overlooking the ocean.

The luxury escape was already partially filled with water as construction off-cuts and dirt mounds surround it in the meantime.

Scaffolding covered the face of the mega-mansion, providing safe passage for tradespeople to move around the skeleton of the multi-million dollar home.

Elsewhere, piles of building materials could be seen in waiting, protected from the weather and salty ocean breeze by massive black tarps.

It comes after the construction company, J Group Projects, gave a sneak peek inside Jen, 40, and Jake's, 41, soon-to-be new home on Thursday.

The business, of which Jake is a co-director, posted images to Instagram which showed the early stages of a bowling alley included in the property.

The snap, which was taken from inside the partially constructed house, showed a concrete alley lined with brick and a stone feature wall.

There was no caption except for an emoji, which featured a bowling ball and pins.

Jen and her husband Jake received the construction go-ahead for their massive home last year, with ground being broken in the wealthy suburb of Whale Beach which is located 40 kilometres north of Sydney's CBD.

'A proposed spa would exacerbate an already offensive scarring of the ocean front by the outdoor lounge. This is a step too far and enough is enough,' a frustrated neighbour told the Northern Beaches Council

However, the multi-million dollar home has sparked strife with some locals of the wealthy community who are not happy about the power couple's plans and have complained to the local council, reported New Idea last September.

'It's taken a toll on tenants who have now vacated. People don't want to buy and their main objections are the construction zone,' one upset landlord said.

Jennifer and Jake will be moving into the mansion together upon completion, which will be approximately four times the size of its neighbouring properties.

The couple dated for eight years before they tied the knot in a Bali ceremony in June 2013, and they share two children, daughter Frankie and son Hendrix.
