A box office clash between NTR and his uncle Nandamuri Balakrishna is on the cards? Rumors are rife that there could be a possibility given the way the films of two actors Devara Part 1 and #NBK 109 are progressing.

Balakrishna’s NBK 109 Being Directed Bobby

The shooting of Balakrishna’s #NBK109 being directed by Bobby (KS Ravindra) is half done. The filmmakers recently gave shooting a break because Balakrishna participated in elections. But reports say that the actor had resumed shooting for the action entertainer recently. While the filmmakers haven’t announced any release date so far, buzz is that the release could be positioned around October to cash in on Dasara. Festive season is a great time to get openings for films, and trade circle predict that the film may release around the festival time.

Devara Release Date Yet To Be Confirmed

On the other hand, NTR-starrer Devara Part 1 is slated for release on October 10, 2024. But there are speculations that the filmmakers have been planning to change the release and that they are currently mulling over it. But if the makers stick to the original date, then Devara could clash with Balakrishna’s film. A few distributors and exhibitor did not rule out the possibly of a clash but feel that it is premature to comment about their box office showdown at this point.

Interestingly, both films have an ensemble cast: While the cast of NBK 109 includes Balakrishna, Bobby Deol, Urvashi Rautela and Shine Tom Chacko, Devara features Jr NTR, Janhvi and Saif Ali Khan.
