Florio: Three players who have rising fantasy football stocks entering 2024 'The Insiders'

All right, And Michael, yesterday we talked to Austin Eckler on the show and one of the things he wants for this year is to be that fantasy player that we all remember he was a couple years past. Is he one of those guys drafted to high? Who are these players that you think are maybe going too high? No, he's not. I've I've been a supporter of Austin Ecklers in fantasy since before it was cool. I'm not jumping off board now, but Devante Adams I do think might be going just a little too high. He started last season. His metrics declined a bit and at 32 years old coming into this season, I think that is. Something to be concerned about and the quarterback play is still going to be an issue on a team that will rely on the ground game and their defense. So maybe he could repeat what he did last year and be a low end wide receiver one, But that's where you're drafting him at right now and you're not getting any discount for the risk. So I will let other people take him. Devon A Chan is a player who I love his talent. He was off the charts efficient last year and we know how much upside he brings, but he's the 7th running back being drafted right now. So you were paying for the entire ceiling. Without taking much of the risk into account, Raheem Monster is still there, got a new deal. I don't think he fully goes away. Only two games last year with over 15 carries for HN. I haven't ranked at RV 13, so seven is just a little too rich for my blood. And then Jordan Addison averaged just 10.5 points per game without Kirk Cousins last year. And regardless of who starts, I think it is a downgrade at quarterback from Kirk Cousins. He had just a 15% target share when Justin Jefferson was out there, and 13 of his 17 games he failed to reach 70 yards. He was elevated by 10 receiving touchdowns. You cannot rely on that. So I'll let someone else take him and I'll go get someone a little bit more upside. How many days till we're drafted, Michael? I've been drafting since March, so get ready.
