Henry Cavill's James Bond-Like Spy Movie Gets New Streaming Home
Henry Cavill has long been a fan favorite pick to play James Bond, but the ship for that possibility may have sailed. For some fans, the closest they'll ever get is the 2015 film The Man from U.N.C.L.E., and they'll soon get a chance to stream it.
The Man from U.N.C.L.E. is coming to Netflix for streaming on July 27. The feature film is based on the original television series from the 1960s, which was worked on by James Bond creator Ian Fleming. On Her Majesty's Secret Service star and former James Bond actor George Lazenby even had a cameo in the spy series' reunion TV film released in 1983, shown driving 007's trademark Aston Martin DB5.
