Chiefs WR Tabbed as 'League Winner' in Fantasy Football
The Kansas City Chiefs addressed their wide receiver issue this offseason by drafting record-breaking speedster Xavier Worthy and signing Marquise "Hollywood" Brown.
Both are expected to have productive seasons thanks to their pairing with Patrick Mahomes and the expected suspension of Rashee Rice. Could this be enough for Brown to make his fantasy football managers happy and then some?
Bleacher Report seems to think so.
Chiefs WR Tabbed as 'League Winner' in Fantasy Football
The site released its list of league-winning players in fantasy football for the upcoming season and included Brown in a group that features Titans running back Tyjae Spears, Raiders running back Zamir White, Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels and Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson.
Here's what B/R had to say about Brown's inclusion on the list:
"Brown has a rare opportunity to capitalize both on high volume and big plays this season. He may not put up the All-Pro type numbers that Hill did in Kansas City, but Brown could still vastly outperform expectations and finish as a top-15 fantasy wideout."
Brown had a career-best 1,008 yards during his final season with the Baltimore Ravens in 2021, but didn't come close to that mark over the past two years with the Arizona Cardinals.
But now with the Chiefs, he could experience a bounce-back, and would help fantasy managers win their leagues in the process.
