Kaikai is currently trending after asking President William Ruto tough questions during the Sunday, June 30 Presidential roundtable at the State House.

1. Group Editorial Director
Kaikai is a newsroom leader. He is the Group Editorial Director at Royal Media Services, a position he took over in March 2022 after Joe Ageyo's exit.
2. Linus Kakia's family
The media personality is married to a beautiful woman named Jacinta Mueni.
Their marriage has been blessed with three kids: two sons and a daughter.
3. MMUST alumni
The award-winning journalist holds a master's degree in international journalism from the Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST).
4. Linus Kaikai's career
He has worked in top media houses in the country, including KTN, Nation Media Group and now Royal Media Services.
Kaikai worked at KTN until 1999 when he joined the South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) as a correspondent.
He climbed up the ladder to the position of bureau chief.
In 2007, he returned to KTN and served as the managing editor in charge of quality and product development.
Two years later, he joined NTV as managing director.
In 2018, Citizen TV poached Kaikai, Pamela Asigi and Jamila Mohammed to join its top team.
5. Aggressive
The journalist is known for his unyielding dedication to truth, regardless of the consequences.
Previously, Kaikai clapped back at a man who criticised his interview with businessman and presidential hopeful Jimi Wanjigi.
