Mahindra adds more features to this popular SUV, not XUV700, XUV 3XO, Bolero

India's leading SUV manufacturer, Mahindra & Mahindra, has added new features to the Z8 range of its popular model, the Scorpio-N. Also, the entire Z8 range now comes in Midnight Black colour option.

The new features have been added to Scorpio-N Z8 S, Scorpio-N Z8 and Scorpio-N Z8 L variants.

The Scorpio-N Z8 S and the Scorpio-N Z8 get wireless charger and high gloss centre console. Mahindra has added ventilated seats, auto dimming IRVM, wireless charger (with active cooling) and high gloss centre console to the Scorpio-N Z8 L.

The Scorpio-N uses Mahindra's new third-generation body-on-frame platform. The SUV has a couple of engine options -- 2.0-litre mStallion TGDi petrol (200PS and 380Nm) and 2.2-litre mHawk CRDi diesel (175PS and 400Nm). Both petrol and diesel units have 6-speed MT and 6-speed AT choices. There is an option for 4WD as well.

The Mahindra Scorpio-N price starts at Rs 13.85 lakh and goes up to Rs 24.54 lakh (ex-showroom). It rivals the Hyundai Alcazar and the MG Hector Plus, among others.
