Tottenham: Archie Gray squad number revealed for Spurs' £30m signing

Tottenham have handed new £30million signing Archie Gray the No14 shirt number.
The 18-year-old completed his transfer from Leeds on Tuesday in a part-exchange deal for Joe Rodon, putting pen to paper on a six-year contract in north London.
Spurs hope Gray will compete for a spot in their first-team in the upcoming season and have awarded him one of the higher spots in their squad list.
The No14 shirt was worn by Ivan Perisic for the last two years and has previously been donned by Gus Poyet, Luka Modric and David Ginola.
In an unusual coincidence, it was also Rodon’s number in his two campaigns in the Spurs squad, before he spent time on loan at Rennes and Leeds. The Welsh defender has signed a four-year deal at Elland Road.
An array of top shirt numbers are available in the Tottenham squad as the summer begins.
The No1 jersey is unoccupied following Hugo Lloris’ tenure with No2 and No3 also vacant. Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, the No5, is available for a move along with No11 Bryan Gil and No12 Emerson Royal.
