Ratan Tata launches Tata Trusts Small Animal Hospital in Mumbai. See post

Industrialist Ratan Tata launched his pet project - Tata Trusts Small Animal Hospital – in Mumbai on July 1. The official social media accounts of the hospital announced the news, much to the delight of the internet and several celebrities, including Dia Mirza and Maria Goretti.

"The Tata Trusts Small Animal Hospital is finally open to the public moving from its trial phase to phase one. We are excited to bring in this new day for veterinary care, a day that marks Care. Cure. Comfort. Thank you Mumbai for your support so far and in the years to come," reads the caption of the post shared by Small Animal Hospital Mumbai.

This healthcare centre for animals will have a capacity of over 200 beds, aiming to provide advanced medical care for pets in need.

Ratan Tata also shared the post on X and said, "We are open."

Inspired by Ratan Tata, several social media users as well as celebrities applauded the industrialist for his initiative.

Ratan Tata loves animals, especially dogs. He often posts photos of dogs and advocates for their rights, showcasing his compassion for these furry friends. Last month, Ratan Tata appealed to the residents of Mumbai to find a blood donor for a dog admitted to his Small Animal Hospital.

Rata Tata was the Chairman of Tata Sons from 1991 till his retirement on December 28, 2012. He is the Chairman Emeritus of Tata Sons.
