'Elegant' £15 Home Bargains lamp 'just like' £95 White Company version

Home Bargains shoppers are obsessed with one of the retailer's latest products, which looks 'almost identical' to a much more expensive brand. The retailer's newest lamp is being compared to one by The White Company.
The bargain store, which has stores across the country, often takes to social media to keep shoppers updated on all of its new food, clothing and homeware items. In a recent upload, Home Bargains shared a video of its new lamp - and shoppers can’t get enough.
Alongside the video, Home Bargains wrote: "As always the fabulous Sophie has found a way to get the look for less £14.99 @home_by_the_cloud." In the video, shopper Sophie showcases the bargain lamp, and even has a photo of The White Company's version next to it.
Text over the clip reads: "I've found a bargain... It's £14.99 instead of £95!! It's from Home Bargains." The post quickly racked up more than one thousand likes and plenty of comments.
Many shoppers were quick to share their thoughts, including already planning their next Home Bargains trip and sharing the news with friends. Among the comments, one person said: "Love that", and a second wrote: "Such a great find."
A third excited shopper added: "Oh wow I hope it’s in the one I’m going to tomorrow." However, another person said: "Always show lots of lovely things but never found any in my local stores."
The Home Bargains lamp features a glass base, with rounded edges and a canvas material shade. It has been compared to The White Company's St Ives Table Lamp, which has a similar glass base and shade. However, the base is more rounded and the shade is larger than the Home Bargains version.
The Home Bargains glass is priced at £14.99, while The White Company version comes in at £95. This means shoppers could save around £80 by opting for the cheaper alternative, getting a designer look for much less.
