Bobby Simha on his 'Indian 2' experience: Will always be indebted to Shankar
Actor Bobby Simha who was last seen in the Prabhas starrer 'Salaar', will now be seen in a supporting role in the upcoming Tamil film 'Indian 2'. Directed by Shankar, the film stars Kamal Haasan in the lead role and the film is a sequel to the 1996 cult classic drama.
Bobby Simha speaking to Cinema express, said that he travelled across the country for the film shooting and mentioned that it was a hectic schedule that he never experienced before. He noted that most of his scenes were with late actor Vivek and reminiscenced how the two used to go on a walk and hog on street food tasting the local delicacies of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh. Bobby Simha also mentioned that the late actor knew a lot about the temples situated in different states and he would often take him along to the temple visits.
Stressing on his experience while shooting with Kamal Haasan, the 'Soodhu Kavvum' actor said that it was a huge honour for him and he will always be indebted to director Shankar for it. Bobby Simha also mentioned that there were many goosebumps moments when he was shooting with Kamal Haasan and said that the veteran actor gave him tips that helped him perform easily on screen.
'Indian 2' stars Kamal Haasan, Siddharth, Bobby Simha, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bahvani Shankar in lead roles and the movie's music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The film has a third sequel that will release in January next year and the third part of the film stars Kajal Aggarwal in the lead role.
