Doma United defender, Bilal Yakubu has announced his departure from the club, DAILY POST reports.

Yakubu made the announcement of his departure from the Gombe-based outfit via social media.

The former Enyimba player joined the Savannah Tigers during the mid-season transfer window last season.

Yakubu is expected to move elsewhere to continue with his career path.

“I find it very difficult to say goodbye to my dear club, but in every journey there must come an end,” he stated in his farewell message.

“I am now moving to the next chapter of my life; DOMA will forever remain in my heart, thanks to everyone who supports me from the beginning to the ending.

“I want to go for a break now, and decide my next club. Good bye to everyone in Gombe State, I love you all.”
