If the summer heat is too hot to handle, there’s always the option of an indoor binge.
The first of the month has arrived and with it comes another wave of movies and TV shows for the Netflix library. Among them is the return of Eddie Murphy’s Axel Foley in Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F. After 30 years, the wisecracking detective will hit the streets of California to uncover the truth behind a new conspiracy and protect his daughter by any means possible.
This month also grants subscribers the opportunity to learn more about a certain Olympian, as she gears up for her highly-anticipated return to this year’s summer games. The docuseries Simone Biles Rising will offer insight into the life and training regiment of the decorated gymnast.
As for other sport lovers, Cobra Kai Season 6 Part 1 will continue the Karate Kid saga, exploring the journey of the students and senseis of the titular dojo. And for those looking to embrace the drama of reality come new episodes of Too Hot to Handle and Love Is Blind: Brazil.
