Saudi Arabia's Energy Minister, Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, announced that the state-owned oil company Saudi Aramco had found "two unconventional oil fields, a reservoir of light Arabian oil, two natural gas fields, and two natural gas reservoirs."
The Eastern Province yielded two unconventional oil resources. The "Ladam" field produces 5,100 barrels of light Arabian oil and 4.9 million standard cubic feet of gas per day from the Ladam-2 well, while the "Al-Farouk" field produces Arab ultra-light oil at 4,557 barrels per day from the Al-Farouk-4 well and 3.79 million standard cubic feet of gas, with the "Unayzah B/C" reservoir in the "Mazalij" field supplying 1,780 barrels of Arab Light oil from the Mazalij-62 well and 0.7 million standard cubic feet of gas per day.

The "Hanifa" reservoir in the "Asikra" field produce 4.9 million standard cubic feet of natural gas from the Asikra-6 well, 0.6 million from the "Al-Fadhili" reservoir, and 100 barrels of condensate per day, according to Arab News.
