Luxurious Trump Tower coming to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

ALBAWABA - The Trump Organization has disclosed plans for a new Trump Tower to be established in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in partnership with a regional developer as the former US president strengthens his ties with the kingdom.
The Trump Organization and Dar Global, a premium international real estate developer, recently revealed their intention to create the new project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, aimed at the luxury Saudi Arabian market as well as foreign investors and marking Dar Global's initial venture in Jeddah.
Earlier, a $500 million Trump International five-star resort project in Oman, scheduled to officially open in December 2028 with a nightclub, golf course, and members-only club, was announced by the Trump Organization and Dar Global just a few days before to the announcement of the new project in Saudi Arabia.
Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global said on the announcement “we are delighted to strengthen our ongoing relationship with the Trump Organization and expand our portfolio by delivering premium properties to redefine Saudi Arabia’s high-growth real estate market.”
Dar Global, headquartered in London, is a subsidiary of Dar Al Arkan, which is one of the most prominent private real estate enterprises in Saudi Arabia. Dar Al Arkan has a growing portfolio of projects in premium markets all over the globe, partnering with the likes of Dolce & Gabana and Lamborghini.
