ESPN Introduces New National NFL Reporter Before 2024 Season

ESPN introduced its newest national NFL reporter in a press release on Monday.
Kalyn Kahler is joining the Worldwide Leader as a senior NFL reporter before the start of the 2024 season.
ESPN Press Room posted a bio for Kahler on its website:
Kalyn Kahler is a senior NFL reporter for ESPN. She joined the company in July 2024 and covers the league nationally.
Prior to joining ESPN, Kahler was a senior writer covering the NFL for The Athletic. She previously covered the league for Defector, Bleacher Report and started her career as a part of the Monday Morning Quarterback crew at Sports Illustrated. Kahler was the winner of the 2021 Pro Football Writers of America’s award for enterprise/feature writing and earned a Year’s Best Sports Writing 2021 notable selection for her three-part series, “Pray for Kabeer.”
Kahler’s work has also appeared in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.
A Wisconsin native, Kahler earned her bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University in 2015. She lives in Chicago.

The 2024 NFL season will kickoff with the preseason Hall of Fame Game between the Houston Texans and Chicago Bears on Aug. 1.
