Aldi announces never before seen rosé wine that won't give you a hangover

The demand for 'No and Low' alcohol alternatives is continuing to grow. New stats show Brits quitting booze is rising to new levels, with one in three Gen Z-ers going sober.

Around a third of people aged 18-24 do not drink alcohol at all. But those who do, tend to drink primarily as a treat, to relax, or to mark a special occasion, according to data by Mintel.

In response, Aldi has announced it is releasing a brand new wine that has never been seen on shelves before. The budget supermarket is expanding its alcohol offering with its first-ever 0% Pinot Grigio Blush.

The 0% Pinot Grigio Blush will be available for just £2.99, offering shoppers all the 'refreshing flavours' of traditional rosé, but without the alcohol. Customers will be able to get their hands on the booze in stores from July 15.

Aldi's all-new 0% Pinot Grigio Blush is pale pink in colour and boasts notes of 'sweet' strawberry, balanced with a dry finish. Or for shoppers who prefer a refreshing white, Aldi is also bringing back its popular 0% Chardonnay wine, for £2.99 also.

With white peach and vanilla aromas, Aldi’s non-alcoholic white offers flavours of melon, pear drops and lemon bon bons. The launch comes as demand for Aldi’s No and Low drinks range continues, in particular, its Zerozecco which has seen an incredible 20% increase in sales year on year.
