Justice John Chigiti has issued directives in the matter, ordering all involved parties to file and serve responses within three days of notification.
"The respondents and interested party shall thereafter file and serve their submissions within three days of service," read Justice Chigiti's direction witnessed by TUKO.co.ke.
The application, initiated by activist Frederick Bikeri through lawyer Danstan Omari, seeks investigations by the National Cohesion and Integration Commission and the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission into Gachagua's statements made during a public address in Mombasa on Wednesday, June 26.
A mentioning date has been scheduled for July 5, aiming to set a date for the court's ruling on the case.
