NPFL: Wotlai leaves Abia Warriors after two years
Midfielder Daniel Wotlai has announced his departure from Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, club, Abia Warriors.
Wotlai joined the Umuahia-based club in 2021.
The energetic midfielder is seeking a fresh challenge elsewhere.
Wotlai had a limited playing time due to injury last season.
“I played my last game for a club that I came to as a boy and I am leaving as a man,” Wotlai stated on his X account.
He was named among the substitutes in Abia Warriors’ President Federation Cup final defeat to El-Kanemi Warriors last weekend.
