Will summer's heat finally make an appearance in Canada? Your July outlook
We closeout June on a chillier note across majority of the country. Now many of us are wondering where is the summer heat and when will it be making a return across not only Eastern Canada but Western Canada. But let's take a look here at the month of June as a whole. It was actually cooler than normal for the most part, but we did see record-breaking heat across parts of Eastern Canada. Now the first few days. Of July will be on the cooler side, we will be looking at some heat spreading all the way into Newfoundland and Labrador. But cooler shots of below seasonal air will be moving in across prairies and as we head into areas like Northern Ontario. But as we head into the second week of July, that's when things are going to be in a pattern change across Central and Eastern Canada. A Ridge will be developing the heat and humidity returns. Also looking at shots of colder air across areas of Western Canada. Now it all takes a bit of a turn as we head into mid late July. Where we are going to be looking at not only areas across East Central areas as well and parts of the eastern Prairie seeing more seasonal and above seasonal temperatures. But yes, areas across the Northern territories, the North End of BC and Alberta be looking at below seasonal temperatures as we head into the later half of July. We also did see a very wet past two months across majority of the country. Now this all depends on whether the storm track moves north and as well we'll be looking at the potential for more, fewer storms. As a whole for the month of July.
