Priyal Gor was recently seen as Neelavati in the digital film Maharaj shared profound insights into her journey and the challenges she faced while portraying the character. Talking about her character, "Playing Neelavati was a deeply immersive experience. I had to tap into vulnerable emotions to authentically portray her struggles."
When discussing her collaboration with Junaid Khan, Priyal emphasized the positive impact of working alongside the star kid and a powerhouse of talent, she said, "It was a privilege to share the screen with him. He never carries the baggage of being Aamir Khan's son, He used to be always very engrossed in his script on the set. We have had very few conversations but with whatever I did, I found him to be truly down to earth"
Priyal also highlighted the importance of storytelling in Maharaj, stating, "The film sheds light on significant societal issues, and I believe Neelavati's character arc contributes to a broader conversation about resilience and empowerment." Maharaj is directed by Siddharth P Malhotra. The movie features Shalini Pandey, Sharvari Wagh, and Jaideep Ahlawat. The film is based on the Maharaj Libel Case and Saurabh Shah's novel about the case.
