Caitlin Clark's Role in Indiana Fever, Phoenix Mercury Technical Foul Flurry Turns Heads
The Indiana Fever and the Phoenix Mercury are playing an extremely intense WNBA game on Sunday.
While the Mercury held a firm lead over the Fever throughout the game, Indiana has stormed back in the third quarter to even the game up.
But intense moment from the first half came when there was a shoving match between the two teams, when both had huddles right next to each other during a pause in the action.
Four players ultimately received technical fouls as a result of what happened.
Yet, Caitlin Clark made it clear that she wanted to no part in the action.

WNBA fans watching the game made note of Clark's desire to remain out of the fray during the altercation.
One X user posted a video of the flurry of technical fouls with the caption, "technical foul on cloud, copper, temi and wheeler, this game is a tech party and cc and diana are not the ones who have one, how the plot thickens".
Another X user wrote, "Caitlin Clark getting out of the way of those huddles #WNBA," with a photo of a WNBA referee walking away from a heated situation.
Both Clark and WNBA legend Diana Taurasi wanted no part of what occurred.
