The Shore should see a mostly sunny, dry week.
A quiet week in terms of weather is ahead for the Jersey Shore this week.
High pressure from Canada will dominate Presidents’ Day, bringing dry weather conditions, forecasts the National Weather Service, Mount Holly.
Then, high pressure will slowly shift offshore but is expected to maintain enough dominance in the region to keep the weather dry through Thursday.
Temperatures are beginning to moderate with day temperatures shifting from the 40s to near 50.
The next low pressure system may arrive Friday, likely bringing rain.
